Summary: The Interim Legal Counsel role is a temporary position for 3 to 6 months, aimed at supporting the in-house legal function of a well-established UK organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support during a busy transitional period, focusing on commercial contracts and compliance matters. This position requires immediate availability and offers a hybrid working arrangement with occasional travel to the West Midlands office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (including procurement, IT, and service agreements)
- Advising on data protection and privacy compliance matters
- Supporting with intellectual property queries and general legal risk
- Assisting with internal policies, governance, and process improvements

- UK Qualified Solicitor
