Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating ICT and outsourcing contracts (cloud, SaaS, software licensing, cyber security, managed services etc.)
- Supporting compliance with UK/EBA outsourcing guidelines and EU DORA requirements
- Advising on supplier disputes, regulatory risk and data protection
- Collaborating on global legal initiatives and supporting internal playbook development
- Liaising with colleagues in Tokyo and the Americas on international contracting matters
Key Skills:
- Qualified lawyer with 5–7+ years' experience
- Strong background in tech and commercial contracting, ideally in regulated environments
- Confident advising on complex cross-border deals and emerging areas like AI regulation and operational resilience
- Able to work independently with stakeholders across the business

This is a fantastic opportunity for an interim tech-savvy commercial lawyer to step into a high-impact role supporting business-critical IT and transformation projects. You’ll be advising across a broad portfolio of third-party service, procurement, and technology agreements, working closely with the business, Procurement, IT Security, and stakeholders across EMEA and beyond.
