We are partnering with a global business technology solutions company with a diverse product portfolio, seeking interim legal support for 3–6 months, starting in February 2026. In this role, you will support the UK and European legal teams across a broad range of commercial matters, including hardware, software, services, and general commercial contracts.

  • Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements, including procurement and supply chain contracts
  • Advising on sale and supply agreements, distribution and reseller agreements, SLAs, licensing, and IP matters
