Summary: A charity is seeking an Interim Learning and Development Consultant for a 6-month role focused on supporting a Learning Management System (LMS) implementation and developing new L&D programs. The position requires 3-4 days of work per week, primarily remote, with two days a month in London. The consultant will lead the LMS implementation and provide training to staff while ensuring accessibility in L&D offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on a new LMS implementation working with the suppliers on configuration, testing, content migration, workflow design, and 'go live' support
- Work with the technical team as the L&D subject matter expert with a key focus on accessibility
- Review L&D packages and decide what is most required for the organisation
- Review existing L&D offering and use Articulate to develop new L&D content
- Provide training to staff
Key Skills:
- Experience in supporting LMS Implementations - desirable
- Experienced L&D professional if LMS implementation experience is lacking - essential
- Available to start at short notice
- Previous experience using Articulate to build content is desirable
