I’m delighted to be working with a London Borough Council to appoint an Interim Internal Audit Manager at a critical point for the organisation. This is a senior assurance role, leading the delivery of the Council’s internal audit and counter-fraud programme and managing a sizeable, multi-disciplinary team. The postholder will provide independent assurance across key financial and operational systems, oversee complex and sensitive fraud investigations, strengthen governance and internal controls, and work closely with senior leadership to support the Section 151 Officer in meeting statutory responsibilities.
