Interim Human Resources Generalist (ID:46985)

This is and exciting part-time Interim HR Generalist role offering the chance to make a significant impact by ensuring smooth HR operations during a temporary leave. In this role, you will handle end-to-end HR responsibilities, facilitate new hire orientations, and serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking guidance on policies, PTO, and benefits.

Worksite Location: Woodbury, MN – Hybrid Opportunity; Seeking MN based candidates.

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$50, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full talent acquisition cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Facilitate orientation programs to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
• Administer HR tasks such as PTO management, benefits inquiries, and policy updates.
• Serve as a primary resource for employees seeking guidance on HR-related matters.
• Support the implementation of monthly employee engagement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in HR, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement and support team culture.
