We’re looking for a high-impact Interim HR Business Partner who can operate strategically, influence at senior levels, and help shape the people agenda for the future. This is a pivotal role within a dynamic HR function, where you’ll work closely with senior leaders and the wider SLT to align people initiatives with business strategy. Acting as a true strategic partner, you’ll contribute to and implement people plans that enable meaningful, long-term organisational success. You’ll be a key voice in driving change, from organisational design and workforce planning to coaching leaders and delivering impactful people solutions. You’ll need to think ahead, challenge current thinking, and work with agility!
