We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior / HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our workforce and enhancing our employee experience during a pivotal time for our organisation. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees across the business. You will lead on a range of HR initiatives, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. Your role will be crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our HR practices align with our business objectives.
