Summary: The Interim HRIS Programme Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a workforce and people systems transformation programme for a leading Hospitality & Leisure business. This role involves driving the implementation of Dayforce while ensuring governance and accountability across functional workstreams. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office, and is set for an initial 12-month period. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the industry and be available at short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

Interim HRIS Programme Manager - (Day Rate - Outside IR35) We're currently working alongside a leading Hospitality & Leisure business in their search for an Interim HRIS Programme Manager. The role will run for an initial 12 month period and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis with 2/3 days per week in the office. Our client is looking for this person to lead the end-to-end delivery of their workforce and people systems transformation programme. Drive structured, on-time implementation of Dayforce across all functional workstreams, ensuring robust governance, clear accountability and measurable outcomes. Act as the central point of coordination between the Steering Group, workstream leads and the vendor, ensuring programme principles are upheld and business value is realised.
