You know when a role could have so many different titles to describe what it is they do… well today I decided to use them all! I am currently partnering with a global logistics and distribution giant supporting them with the recruitment of a 6 month Contract **insert your chosen title here** based in Lutterworth. This role has been created to bring structure, clarity and momentum to the organisation's HR systems and processes. The business is looking for someone to bring order and ensure the function and its systems (mainly SAP) are fit for purpose.
The Role
Mapping end-to-end workflows - looking at the current processes identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical improvements and solutions
Continue to properly embed SAP so the system is used effectively and delivers value. You will sit between HR, IT and the wider business being the person who translates all jargon and plans
Lead on process improvements, automation initiatives, managing everything from initial needs analysis to implementation
Partner with the SLT to report on insights, track performance and show value of improvements
