  • Handle a mixture of BAU and project responsibilities.

Key Skills:

  • CIPD or CIPP qualification preferred.

*** Interim HR Ops Lead *** Hybrid working in London 6 Months duration Up to £600 per day (Inside IR35) Catalyst Partners are working with a well established retail business with offices in London who are seeking an Interim HR Ops & Systems leader to manage a mixture of BAU and project responsibilities whilst they search for a more long term permanent option.

The Role: You will collaborate closely with the key HR Leads in the UK, US & Europe. This will require excellent skills in people management and project coordination. You will manage one direct report who handles the daily payroll processes and delivery, as well as managing relationships with the benefit suppliers. Lead the configuration, maintenance/updates and optimisation of the HRIS platform which is Dayforce (Various modules in place).

Experience: Non Negotiable must have! - Experience using Dayforce. Non Negotiable must have! - Ability managing/leading Payroll operations plus a good understanding of payroll legislation and exposure to benefits vendors/suppliers.
