Summary: The Interim HR Officer role is a part-time position within a Multi-Academy Trust in the Midlands, requiring the candidate to provide generalist HR and employee relations support across schools. Key Skills:
- Proven HR experience within education / Multi-Academy Trusts (essential)
- SAM People experience desirable
- CIPD qualification desirable but not essential

A Multi-Academy Trust in the midlands is seeking an Interim HR Officer to support schools across the Trust on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This is a hands-on, business-as-usual generalist role providing day-to-day HR and employee relations support.
Key details
- Contract: c. 7 months, start ASAP
- Working pattern: 3 days per week (flexible on days)
- Hybrid: 2 days on-site and 1 day working from home
- Additional flexibility: fully remote working available during school holidays
- Status: inside IR35
- Rate: competitive day rate (dependent on experience)
