Summary: The Interim HR Manager role at Rotherham Council involves leading HR initiatives and managing a team of HR Consultants on a temporary contract basis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on Trade Union Consultations

  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the organisation's goals

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience in HR management, including handling complex employee relations cases
  • Experience of Local Government Trade Union Consultations
  • Proven track record in policy development and organisational change
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams
  • MCIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) is essential
