Summary: This role is for an Interim HR Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract, responsible for leading a small team and managing complex Employee Relations issues within a large healthcare organization. The position requires a strategic focus while overseeing daily HR operations and delivering effective HR services. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and is based in Halifax, Yorkshire. The successful candidate should be available to start soon and possess significant HR management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring delivery of efficient and effective HR services
  • Manage complex casework
  • Support HR team in Employee Relations
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Assess and anticipate HR-related needs, developing integrated solutions
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Key Skills:

  • Proven working experience in HR management or other HR senior roles
  • Excellent knowledge of employee relations
  • Healthcare or public sector background would be ideal but not essential
  • Proficient understanding of labour law and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to start in the next few weeks

Salary (Rate): 60000
