How will you make an impact?
Lead, stabilise, and accelerate a live transformation programme, ensuring people plans align with delivery milestones and commercial priorities.
Review, diagnose, and simplify core HR processes (ER, talent, OD, engagement) to remove friction, improve efficiency, and strengthen the colleague experience.
Coach and challenge leaders, embedding pragmatic, pace-driven people practices that stick in the operation.
Own people data and insights, using metrics to focus effort, unblock issues, tell a clear story, and drive accountability.
Deliver quick wins whilst establishing sustainable policies, communications, and governance frameworks.

What you’ll bring
Experience in retail, hospitality, or similar high-volume, fast-paced environments - you’re used to handling multiple priorities at speed.
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery: you can set the direction and personally make things happen.
Strong independent initiative - comfortable working autonomously, making sound judgements, and moving quickly.
Solid ER and employment law knowledge, combined with practical problem-solving skills.
A commercial and data-led mindset, able to justify decisions and influence stakeholders with confidence.
