Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies and best practices.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and well-being programs.
- Drive efficiencies across HR systems, ensuring accurate data and process improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and EMEA on cross-regional HR projects.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years’ experience in HR, ideally in a senior generalist or HR Manager role.
- Strong experience in employee relations and HR operations.
- Previous experience working in a matrixed or global business environment.
- Comfortable working at pace, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Ideally has worked in a manufacturing or industrial setting, and/or with unions or collective bargaining agreements.
- Degree-qualified in HR or a related field. CIPD or similar professional certification preferred.
