HR Consultant (People Strategy) - Multi Academy Trust - South Coast 6 Month Contract | 3 days per week | Hybrid | Outside IR35

Panoramic Associates are exclusively supporting a Multi Academy Trust on the South Coast with their search for an experienced HR Consultant to drive their people strategy forward. This is a strategic, senior-level assignment working closely with executive stakeholders. The Trust is looking for someone who brings resilience and compassion, alongside a creative, solutions-focused approach to improve people outcomes across the organisation.

Key workstreams

  • You'll lead and support delivery across several areas of the people strategy, including:
    • Recruitment & retention (attraction, process improvement, workforce planning support)
    • Talent management (succession planning, development pathways, performance support)
    • Attendance / absence (consistent approach, policy/process review, improving management capability)
