Summary: The role of Interim HR Change Programme Manager involves leading the implementation of an HR Shared Services model in the UK on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the roadmap of change for the HR Shared Services model.
  • Oversee project reporting and ensure operational excellence.
  • Set out the framework for the change plan to transition to the new operating model.
  • Partner with the People Business Partnering team for effective implementation of changes.
  • Manage stakeholder updates and engagement to meet project deadlines.

Key Skills:

  • Strong HR background in Operational People and Shared Services.
  • Formal project management qualification.
  • Change and process management experience.
  • Highly experienced with project plan design and communication tools (e.g., MS Project, Visio).
  • Experience with People systems projects involving multiple vendors and stakeholders.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to work interdependently and manage multiple priorities.

Salary (Rate): £100,000.00
