Summary: The role of Interim HR Business Partner involves providing expertise in change management for a large-scale change programme within an organization based in Dorset. The position requires collaboration with leadership teams and focuses on TUPE transfers, restructures, and cultural development. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract with remote working options and occasional travel for meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage change projects including TUPE transfers and restructures.
- Develop and implement cultural development and communication strategies.
- Design and execute learning strategies and programmes.
- Support and manage the people coordinator.
Key Skills:
- CIPD level 7 or equivalent experience.
- Strong generalist HR background with extensive change management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law.
- Full driver's license for occasional travel across sites.
- Availability to start at the beginning of April.
