Summary: The role of Interim HR Business Partner involves providing expertise in change management for a large-scale change programme within an organization based in Dorset. The position requires collaboration with leadership teams and focuses on TUPE transfers, restructures, and cultural development. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract with remote working options and occasional travel for meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage change projects including TUPE transfers and restructures.
  • Develop and implement cultural development and communication strategies.
  • Design and execute learning strategies and programmes.
  • Support and manage the people coordinator.

Key Skills:

  • CIPD level 7 or equivalent experience.
  • Strong generalist HR background with extensive change management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law.
  • Full driver's license for occasional travel across sites.
  • Availability to start at the beginning of April.

Salary (Rate): 52000
