Key Responsibilities:

  • Support client group with operational and strategic needs including culture change, organizational design, and workforce planning
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships
  • Support the implementation of the organization's resourcing strategy
  • Support the delivery of the talent management strategy and ensure a high performance culture is embedded
  • Provide overall improvement and efficiencies

Key Skills:

  • Previous business partnering experience
  • Previous University or NFP experience essential
  • Previous experience supporting an organization through change desirable
  • Able to start at short notice

Salary (Rate): £65,000
