Summary: The role of Interim HR Business Partner at a technology company involves aligning HR strategies with business objectives on a temporary basis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Business Partner to management on human resource-related issues.
  • Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective investigations when necessary.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
