Summary: The role of Interim HR Business Partner at a technology company involves aligning HR strategies with business objectives on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will drive HR initiatives, manage employee relations, and provide performance management guidance. This position requires a dynamic HR professional with proven experience and a strong understanding of HR policies and employment law. The role is hybrid and offers a day rate of £300.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Business Partner to management on human resource-related issues.
- Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective investigations when necessary.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
