Summary: The Interim HR Business Partner role is a temporary position focused on supporting organizational transformation through effective employee relations and restructuring initiatives. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, ensuring compliance and a people-centered approach during periods of change. This position requires immediate availability and offers the potential for a permanent role after approximately two months. Experience in tech or software environments is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support organisational restructuring activities, including consultation processes, role design, and redeployment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing expert guidance throughout restructures and supporting Employee Relations (ER) cases as they arise.
- Partner with leaders on day-to-day HR matters, ensuring alignment with company policies, employment law, and best practice.
- Support recruitment and onboarding during and post-restructure, ensuring critical roles are filled efficiently and effectively.
- Assist across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, development, and change initiatives linked to restructuring.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve HR processes, including the use of AI, to drive efficiency, scalability, and a positive employee experience.
