Summary: The role of Interim HR Assistant involves providing essential support to the Head of HR at a leading law firm in London for an initial 4-week assignment. The position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, focusing on Reward & Benefits and Data & Systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Head of HR, predominantly working across the Reward & Benefits and Data & Systems areas.
  • Carry out data analysis, support annual employee salary and bonus review, advise on policy queries, liaise with third party provider and support benchmarking surveys.
  • Support the wider HR team with general administration.

Key Skills:

  • Must be either immediately available or available on a short notice period.
  • Advanced Excel skills e.g. competent with VLookups, Pivot tables etc. is essential.
  • Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Reward & Benefit experience desirable but not essential.
