Interim HR Advisor

Interim HR Advisor 3 month contract Hybrid, 3 days in office Based in Southwest London, SW15 c 40,000 paid as a day rate I am working with a brilliant organisation to recruit an interim HR Advisor. In this role you will support with ER case management across the business. Your new role In this role you will support ER case management across the business. There will be c30 cases at any one time, ranging in complexity. Employee relations cases can range across sickness, absence management, disciplinary processes, grievances and performance management. This is a 3 month contract role to support my client during a busy period. My client embrace hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. What you'll need to succeed Previous HR Advisory experience Solid ER experience Workday experience would be advantageous.
