Summary: The Interim HR Advisor role at a leading law firm in London involves providing support to the Head of HR, focusing on Reward & Benefits and Data & Systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Head of HR, predominantly working across the Reward & Benefits and Data & Systems areas
- Carry out data analysis, support annual employee salary and bonus review, advise on policy queries, liaise with third party provider and support benchmarking surveys
- Support the wider HR team with general administration
Key Skills:
- Must be either immediately available or available on a short notice period
- Advanced Excel skills e.g. competent with VLookups, Pivot tables etc. is essential
- Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Reward & Benefit experience desirable but not essential
