Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Head of HR, predominantly working across the Reward & Benefits and Data & Systems areas
  • Carry out data analysis, support annual employee salary and bonus review, advise on policy queries, liaise with third party provider and support benchmarking surveys
  • Support the wider HR team with general administration

Key Skills:

  • Must be either immediately available or available on a short notice period
  • Advanced Excel skills e.g. competent with VLookups, Pivot tables etc. is essential
  • Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Reward & Benefit experience desirable but not essential
