Zachary Daniels is recruiting an Interim Head of Retail Stores for the Southern region to provide steady leadership and deliver strong commercial results across a busy, high-profile retail estate. This position is ideal for a senior operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and can quickly assess, influence, and elevate store performance. Our client has a strong network of premium stores and want a Head of Stores to manage a high performing Area Management team, lead by example and ensure all stores are aligned to the wider company vision. In this interim post, you will take full ownership of the southern retail estate, ensuring that each store operates efficiently, delivers an exceptional customer experience, and meets commercial expectations. You will act as a key link between stores and senior leadership, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum during a period of change. We envisage this interim post lasting for circa 6 months, but, may be extended and adapt as you make an impact.
