Join our team at Mode Search! Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Interim Head of Research to join our team on a 6-month contract, with an immediate start available. You will need to be ambitious, target driven, confident, tenacious, and a true self–starter. The role will be responsible for sourcing and headhunting candidates globally. Working side by side with the founders and Directors of Mode Search, you will receive hands-on guidance and support. The ideal candidate will have a real flair for developing our client experience whilst also really valuing candidate relationships, which is equally important to us as a business. You will have the opportunity to get involved in creating your niche area where you can have true ownership and work across a variety of specialisms, including marketing, PR and Social Media, Creative, Digital, E-commerce and marketing, Retail Operations, and Human Resources.
