This is a key appointment within the transformation leadership team. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across operations, transformation and service teams to design a scalable process excellence framework, create meaningful performance metrics and help embed a culture of continuous improvement. We’re looking for a seasoned process leader — someone confident navigating complex environments with the technical depth and credibility to guide process improvement at both strategic and delivery levels.
