Interim Head of PMO - (Day Rate - Outside IR35) We're currently working with a leading PE-backed organisation in their search for an Interim Head of PMO. The role will run for an initial 4 month period and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis from the London office 3 days per week. Our client is looking for this person to establish a centralised Programme Management Office, driving best in class execution, governance, risk management, and tracking across a range of programmes, including technology. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience building / establishing centralised PMO from scratch
  • Have experience across Financial Services / Technology / Software businesses
  • Have exceptional stakeholder management, and have faced off to C-suite in previous roles
  • Have prior experience working in scale-up / start-ups and Private Equity backed organisations
  • Be available at short notice
