Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee creation of digital-first content across social, CRM, and web.
  • Partner with digital and creative teams for brand evolution through storytelling and influencer partnerships.
  • Manage the communication calendar for alignment across PR, trade, and ecommerce functions.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment within a previously fragmented team.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Digital Directors to support business goals.
  • Communicate campaign outcomes and brand growth opportunities to leadership.

HW Interim Solutions are working on behalf of premium lifestyle brand who are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing on an interim basis to lead brand and campaign development, unify fragmented teams and elevate marketing execution across all channels. This is a high-impact leadership role for a hands-on marketer who thrives on clarity, creativity and collaboration. While this individual won’t own ecommerce or product roadmaps, they’ll play a pivotal role in amplifying them; crafting emotionally resonant content and campaigns that deepen customer connection and drive commercial success.

Brand & Campaign Leadership

  • Lead the development of integrated campaigns that bring new product development (NPD) to life across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across retail, digital, and owned channels to maintain a premium, lifestyle-led brand voice.
  • Translate complex product features into simple, compelling benefits that resonate emotionally.

Digital Content & Communication

  • Oversee creation of digital-first content across social, CRM, and web driving both engagement and performance.
  • Partner closely with digital and creative teams to evolve the brand through visual storytelling, influencer partnerships and video.
  • Own and manage the communication calendar, ensuring alignment across PR, trade and ecommerce functions.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Bring structure and clarity to a previously fragmented team, fostering collaboration, alignment and shared purpose.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Digital Directors to ensure marketing supports business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership on campaign outcomes and brand growth opportunities.
