Summary: The role of Interim Head of Landlord Compliance and Building Safety involves overseeing compliance and building safety for a South West housing provider on an interim basis. - Lead on delivering the Golden Thread of Building Safety and safety assurance for residential blocks
- Oversee compliance commissioning and building safety teams, ensuring statutory obligations are met
- Shape strategies and policies to ensure customer-focused, compliant and efficient services
- Provide strong leadership across landlord compliance, resident safety and assurance programmes
Key Skills:
- Able to be on site 3 times per week
- Previous experience working in a managerial role within Compliance and Building Safety
- Experience of working within Social Housing

Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently supporting a South West based housing provider who are looking for an experienced Head of Landlord Compliance & Building Safety to join on an interim basis.
Daily duties of the Head of Landlord Compliance and Building Safety:
- Act as the Responsible Person/Duty Holder under key compliance and building safety legislation
- Lead on delivering the Golden Thread of Building Safety and safety assurance for residential blocks
