organisation with associated ITIL processes and also some recruitment and transition to a permanent

head of function, while also leading the team delivering support and service improvement. Candidates will

demonstrate the following

• Experience of leading and transforming IT service operations
• Solid understanding and a track record of service design and introducing or embedding ITIL process.
• A good track record of responsibility across all areas of the ITIL process including, problem, change and incident management and associated tools and reporting.
• Experience of IT Operating model design
• Strong people management capability with the ability to work with technical teams and also interface at a senior level in the business.
