Are you a commercially minded HR leader with a background in a consumer focused business and a passion for shaping people strategy at the highest level? Are you ready to step into a Head of HR role where you’ll lead a talented team, partner with senior leaders, and keep the people agenda moving forward in a fast-paced, evolving environment? If so, we’d love to hear from you. This is a full-time position on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract and offers hybrid working - 3 days per week in the London office.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Head of HR (or Senior HR Business Partner) to provide maternity cover, leading our People function for head office teams including Marketing, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain. As a senior member of the People Leadership Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive and functional leaders, ensuring our people strategy continues to enable business growth, transformation, and high performance. You’ll lead and support a small team of HR professionals, ensuring continuity of a proactive, business-aligned HR service while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and delivery.
