The Role

This interim position plays a central role in leading the finance function, supporting the CFO in shaping financial direction while overseeing financial control, statutory accounts and tax. The role covers end-to-end financial planning, reporting, risk management, and compliance. You'll manage a finance team of 11. A key focus will be systems improvement, control enhancement, and scaling processes to match business growth as well as managing routine reporting and forecasting.

The Candidate

Qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong technical foundation Proven experience in senior finance leadership, comfortable leading teams, influencing stakeholders, and operating in fast-paced, complex environments. Brings a hands-on approach to problem-solving, a focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to deliver under pressure. Experience with system implementation would be advantageous.
