Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the finance function, embedding a positive culture throughout.
• Support the organization with a Sage implementation.
• Produce monthly management accounts including variance analysis and commentary for the Board.
• Effectively business partner with key budget holders, holding them accountable for budgets and forecasts.
• Own the P&L and balance sheet.
• Review and improve current month-end processes and procedures.
• Conduct financial modeling around potential scenarios.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations.
• Perform cash flow forecasting.
• Produce statutory accounts.
• Conduct business performance analysis.

Key Skills:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
• Experience working within a charitable environment (preferred but not essential).
• Hands-on accounting experience while leading a team.
