  • Delivering financial modelling and insights to support business planning and transformation
  • Partnering with teams including fundraising, estates, procurement, and payroll
  • Maintaining effective relationships with key external advisors and stakeholders

Location: Hybrid – Dunfermline HQ and home working

Salary: £54,017 – £60,168 (6-month fixed term contract)

At Aspen People, we are delighted to be working in partnership with the Scottish SPCA to recruit an Interim Head of Finance for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Scotland’s leading animal welfare charity and make a meaningful contribution to their mission at a critical time. The Scottish SPCA is a nationally recognised organisation with a proud heritage and an unwavering commitment to animal welfare. This interim role will play a pivotal part in shaping the charity’s financial operations, offering both strategic direction and day-to-day leadership. Reporting to the Director of Finance and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, the Interim Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning, management, and reporting. The successful candidate will lead a committed finance team and engage with colleagues across the organisation to ensure robust financial control and informed decision-making.
