The role involves establishing financial governance, improving financial processes, and providing commercial insights. The position is contract-based, requiring 20 days of work over three months, with a mix of on-site and remote work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance within agency or consultancy environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish financial governance and management reporting
- Deliver clear insight into client and project profitability
- Build rolling cash flow forecasts (3, 9, and 24 months)
- Improve visibility of margins, utilisation, and delivery performance
- Support migration from Workamajig to Team Leader Orbit and integration with Xero
- Reduce spreadsheet dependency and improve financial processes
- Provide commercial insight to leadership and Client Services teams

You will:
- Establish financial governance and management reporting
- Deliver clear insight into client and project profitability
