Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a finance department of 50 people through a high-performing team of 4 direct reports.
- Oversee core finance activities including Financial Accounting, Tax, Operational Finance, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Delegate and manage effectively while also engaging in hands-on challenges and activities.
- Adapt workload management for both self and team as required.

Additional interim resource is required to successfully deliver this change, resulting in an exciting 12 month fixed term contract role.

Reporting to the Director of Finance you will be responsible for a finance department of 50 people via a high-performing team of 4 direct reports, overseeing the core Finance activities including, Financial Accounting, Tax, Operational Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis.
This is a hands-on role where you will be required to delegate and manage effectively whilst also “rolling up your sleeves” to take on certain challenges and activities yourself. You will need to be flexible to manage and adapt your workload as well as that of the team.
