Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Irish & UK corporate tax compliance and year-end tax reporting
- Support tax inputs to budgeting, forecasting and board reporting
- Prepare for Pillar 2 compliance and OneStream readiness
- Manage R&D tax credits, transfer pricing, and other compliance matters
- Support tax-efficient cash repatriation, audits, M&A and restructuring projects
- Monitor tax law changes and advise stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Treasury and FP&A
Key Skills:
- Qualified Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA)
- 2–3 years PQE in Big 4 or multinational environment (private equity exposure preferred)
- Strong technical tax knowledge and commercial mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Experience with OneStream/Alphatax is an advantage
