Our client is a wholly owned subsidiary of a Global European construction and engineering Group. This specialist engineering projects and consultancy firm (employing just over 500 people and with operations in UK, Netherlands, France and Portugal) has recently finalised an additional and significant acquisition and as the Group Finance Director seconds in to the newly acquired entity to begin the process of integration; we are seeking an experienced Finance operator to backfill the Group FD's day-to-day remit. You will be responsible for the leadership and direction of a team of 30 (3 direct reports) across FP&A, Reporting and Controllership (including a small shared services finance team) and Client Profitability & Customer Administration. You will possess significant experience in order to be able to assume the Group FD's responsibilities after a relatively brief handover period.
