Summary: This role is for an execution lawyer with fixed income and structured products experience at a leading investment bank. The position involves trade execution responsibilities, mentoring junior lawyers, and assisting with various structured products. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of post-qualification experience and recent fixed income experience. The contract is for 6 months with a preference for 4 days in the office, starting in February 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on trade execution including documentation, approvals, finalisation of trade reporting, platform maintenance, programme updates, and audits.
- Mentor junior lawyers in the team and provide guidance.
- Assist with new non-straight repeat trades and additional work on structured notes, warrants, and repacks.
Key Skills:
- At least 5-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Fixed income experience, ideally recent.
- Experience in trade execution and documentation.
