Summary: The role of Interim FP&A & Vena Consultant involves leveraging extensive FP&A experience and Vena expertise to enhance the financial planning and analysis function of an international travel company. The consultant will act as a Vena Super User, leading the AI and Vena strategy while collaborating with stakeholders to improve business insights. This position is hybrid and is expected to last for six months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Vena Super User across the group
- Lead the groups AI & Vena strategy
- Build and maintain financial models and templates
- Design, set up, and manage workflows
- Troubleshoot system and user issues
- Collate group numbers and generate outputs for reporting and planning
- Document existing processes (how, why, where, when, and who)
- Partner with FP&A stakeholders to improve business insight and targeting
Key Skills:
- Strong FP&A background at group level
- Proven experience as a Vena Super User
- High level of business acumen, combining system knowledge with FP&A expertise
- Comfortable supporting large user bases across multiple markets
- Able to identify, understand, and improve end-to-end processes

An international travel company are looking for someone from an FP&A background, who has extensive experience with Vena, who can help the business improve the tool and ensure they’re getting the best out of the tool for their group FP&A function.
