Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a robust FP&A framework and reporting structure

- Develop and automate monthly board packs, KPIs, and performance dashboards
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
- Partner with operations, commercial, and finance teams to drive profitability and efficiency
- Introduce scenario planning, cash flow forecasting, and margin analysis tools
- Support the CFO with private equity reporting and investor insights
Key Skills:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with significant FP&A and commercial finance experience
- Proven track record of building FP&A functions in PE-backed or growth-focused environments
- Strong modelling and Excel/Power BI skills with the ability to present complex data clearly
- Manufacturing or product-based sector experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on, detail-focused, and confident working independently
- Available to start within 1–2 weeks
