Summary: The Interim FP&A Manager role is a 6-month contract position within a rapidly growing renewable energy business backed by a private equity firm. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting with the 5-year long term strategic and financial planning.
- Building key analysis around actual vs forecast performance, assessing ROI.
- Exploring and evaluating pricing metrics to support with pricing strategy.
- Working to build a new Company wide KPI dashboard.
- Heavy involvement in data analytics and assessments to inform strategic decision making.
- Ad hoc project work with the CFO.
Key Skills:
- Qualified Accountant (ideally ACA)
- Experience working in based business and revenue model.
- Excellent financial modelling skills
- Prior work within Energy/Power/Renewables/Utilities (bonus skill)

We are delighted to be exclusively recruiting an Interim FP&A Manager on a 6-month contract for one of the UK's most exciting renewable energy businesses. The role sits Outside IR35.
The Client
Backed by a renowned Private Equity firm, our client has become a renowned name within the Renewable Energy & Power sector. With a headcount of around 75 and continuing to grow exponentially, our client is looking for an Interim FP&A Manager to join for a 6-month contract to work closely with the CFO to support with the growing FP&A function.
The Role
Reporting directly into a talented CFO, you will be supporting with a variety of FP&A and Commercial Finance tasks, including but not limited to building analysis on actual vs forecast performance, building new Company KPI dashboard and supporting with longer term strategic planning.
