Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate, timely monthly management accounts, budgets, and rolling forecasts.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the finance team to meet operational and strategic needs.
- Partner with senior leaders to support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and commercial decisions.
- Provide detailed financial analysis to support pricing, contract negotiations, and margin optimisation.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements to maintain financial stability.
- Oversee cost control, product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance analysis.
- Build robust business cases for capital investment, automation, and operational improvements.
- Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and statutory compliance.
- Manage external relationships with banks, auditors, insurers, and advisors.
- Lead the annual audit and statutory reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain financial KPIs and dashboards to enhance performance visibility.
