The Opportunity

Interim Financial Controller

3 days per week

Start ideally in the final week of August to support the September month-end

The assignment is expected to run until mid-November

Based on-site in Swansea (can flex to a few days hybrid when settled in)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support month-end close activities
• Review and oversee AP payment runs
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and reporting processes
• Ensure continuity and stability within the finance function during the transition period
• Work closely with the existing finance team and support handover activities

Ideal Background

• Previous Financial Controller
• Strong month-end and financial reporting expertise
• Able to quickly understand processes and add value from day one
