Summary: The role of Interim Financial Controller involves overseeing statutory year-end reporting and managing a small finance team within a PE-owned facilities services company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Full oversight of statutory year-end reporting for the company, reporting to the Finance Director and managing 2 staff
  • Maintain and enhance financial controls and reporting
  • Manage the group reporting function
  • Ensure a timely and accurate month-end close
  • Manage PE investor reporting
  • Work with PE on commercial projects
  • Oversight of all HMRC and tax matters
  • Full oversight of cash flow and related reporting
  • Oversight of accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Qualified accountant (Practice-trained)

Financial Controller £500 / day London / Hybrid PE-owned £30m Facilities Services company based in central London is seeking to recruit an Interim Financial Controller.

Main responsibilities

  • Full oversight of statutory year end reporting for the company, reporting to Finance Director and managing 2 staff
  • Maintain and enhance financial controls and reporting
  • Manage the group reporting function
  • Ensure a timely and accurate month end close
  • Managing PE investor reporting
  • Working with PE on commercial projects
  • Oversight of all HMRC and Tax matters
  • Full oversight of cashflow and related reporting
  • Oversight of AP / AR
