Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting for all statutory entities within the business.
• Manage 2 direct reports, ensuring accuracy and contributing to their development.
• Drive technical accounting under local and US GAAP.
• Lead financial controls and maintain accurate balance sheets.
• Collaborate with European accounting departments and other key business areas.
• Manage audit relationships and ensure compliance with reporting authorities.
• Oversee outsourced activities like RTR, OTC, and P2P.
• Review statutory financial statements, technical accounting documents, tax filings, and performance disclosures.
• Contribute to team development and internal control processes.

Key Skills:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CAANZ) or equivalent.
• Experience in finance leadership within a commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of local and US GAAP.
