Summary: The Interim Financial Controller role in Burnley involves leading a finance team during a transitional period for a well-established manufacturing business. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of 4 finance professionals
- Oversee Management Accounts, Financial Accounts, and Costing
- Drive improvements in Unit Cost and Standard Cost reporting
- Develop and enhance financial systems and processes
- Collaborate with the business across different countries
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Key Skills:
- Qualified, Part-Qualified, or QBE (Qualified by Experience)
- Proven experience in a manufacturing finance environment
- Strong understanding of costing, including standard and unit costing
- Confident leading teams and driving process improvements
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with flexibility to be on-site as required
