Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports across multiple entities.
  • Perform G/L entries, including accruals, prepayments and adjustments.
  • Produce consolidated management accounts and reporting packs for board review.
  • Lead month-end and support year-end processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Prepare documentation for audits and liaise with external auditors when needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting and financial systems.
  • Identify and deliver improvements to financial processes and controls.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring payments are made on time.

Key Skills:

  • Fully qualified accountant with at least 6 months PQE.
  • Prior consolidation experience.
  • Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Experience with financial systems.
  • Sector experience is a plus but not a must.

Global Accounting Network are partnering with an entertainment client who are looking for an Interim Group Financial Accountant to join them on an initial 6-month contract.
